The CALL in Howard County will be holding their 3rd Annual 5K fundraiser on Friday, May 4th at 6:30 p.m. The event is scheduled to take place at The Nashville City Park. Registration fees are $25 per walker/runner. $30 for entries after the April 30th deadline. Every participant will receive a t-shirt and a medal.
We have had a great amount of support from sponsors, both individuals and local businesses. Their contributions will make this event possible and help add to our local Peach Blossom Festival. Each sponsor will be recognized on the back of the t-shirts. Also, we have several volunteers scheduled to help with various duties on race day. Local police and fire stations will provide route assistance and safety, Nashville Junior Auxiliary will provide water stations, and our local radio station will provide music and assist with announcements.
