UPDATE FROM THE CLEBURNE COUNTY COORDINATOR
We have families coming forward to become foster parents! Thank you churches for getting the word out about the needs of children in foster care in our community. We set prayer as our main focus this year and we are trusting God to bring families to us instead of stressing and worrying all the time. This is such a better plan!
Another area where we could tend to stress and strive over is in the area of finances, yet God continues to amaze us each month with a blessing we didn't see coming. Because we recruit, train and support our foster families on donations and because all of our leaders are volunteers, community support is vital! We are very thankful to those who give in any capacity to help us find Christian homes eager to nurture hurting children.
MAGNIFICENT MARCH MEETING

The CALL will have a booth at Springfest on April 29th and we are looking for a few volunteers to take a shift between 10 AM and 6 PM. If you are interested in helping work the booth, please contact Vangie at 501-206-9689.
May is Foster Care Awareness Month and we need help with our Courthouse Lawn display. If you would like to be on the setup or breakdown crew, please contact us at 501-539-2776.
SPECIAL GRANT PRESENTED TO THE CALL
On Wednesday, March 22nd, Anthony Galloway of The Rotary Club of Heber Springs paid a special visit to The CALL on North 4th Street. Representing the Rotary Club's Special Grant Committee, Galloway toured the CALL's facility and presented them with a "Lillian Swartz Pearce Grant". The Rotary Grant Committee had determined unanimously that The CALL would be one of the local non-profit organizations to receive a portion of the funds recently bequeathed to the Rotary Club through the Estate of Lillian Swartz Pearce.
