Support Group at That.Church @ That.Church

This support group for foster and adoptive families will be held the 4th Thursday each month. You do not need to pre-register; you’re welcome to simply show up. Child care is not provided, but there will be space for children to hang out while the parents share. 2 CEUs will be provide for attendance.

Foster parents and caseworkers are invited to come and select FREE consignment-quality clothing and shoes for foster children. Clothing is organized on racks by size — ranging from infant through elementary school age. Baby items such as blankets, bedding, cribs, swings, pack-n-plays, etc, are often available as well. Items needed include: more infant and toddler clothing, baby items, diapers, uniforms. The CALL Mall does not accept adult clothing. Donations can be brought on Fridays or by appointment. Maumelle CALL Mall is open the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month from 4 pm – 6 pm. Open until 10:00 pm by appointment. The entrance is off Millwood and the mall is located in the the two story building.

The entrance door is the one closest to Chip’s Barbeque. Park at the curb by the church office entrance.

Sherwood Foster and Adoptive Support Group @ Cornerstone Bible Fellowship
May 7 @ 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Two hours of Continuing Education (CEU’s) is offered with this support group.

This group meets the first Tuesday of each month. Register with Kathy Rogers at krogersrn@juno.com. Free childcare is provided upon reservation by the previous Friday.

Directions to Cornerstone Bible Fellowship: Warden Road is a one-way street. If you are coming on 67/167, you will need to take the Brookwood exit. Turn left and then turn right (in front of Kohl’s Dept. Store) and drive on down to the church. There will be a CALL sign out front to direct you to the room.

Calling all moms! Need a little time to simply “be”? Stop by for a Thursday morning break with NO AGENDA! Relax and enjoy conversation and a cup of coffee with other foster and adoptive moms. Coffee will be provided. While there is no childcare, there is a space for children to hang out while moms visit.
