Registration fees are $25 per walker/runner. $30 for entries after the April 26th deadline. Every participant will receive a t-shirt and a medal.
We have had a great amount of support from sponsors, both individuals and local businesses. Their contributions will make this event possible and help add to our local Peach Blossom Festival. We look forward to a fun-filled evening and would like to encourage you to attend and participate! For more information, please visit our Facebook page or go to https://runsignup.com/Race/AR/Nashville/PeachBlossomFestival5K for registration.
All proceeds from the event will benefit The CALL. We will continue to recruit, train and support the foster families in our county.

Continued Love& Support

In Howard County, we continue to see an abundance of love and support. We appreciate the continued support from churches around our community. We have had a very busy, productive summer. We finished our second PRIDE Training session. We had four families that completed all sessions to become prospective foster and/or adoptive families.
We would like to thank the following churches for helping to provide meals during our training; Cross Point Cowboy Church, Immanuel Baptist Church and Liberty Baptist Church all of Nashville. Also, a special thank you to First Baptist Church of Nashville for allowing us the use of their facility. Our trainings would not be possible without the help of our churches.
First Baptist Church of Dierks and First Baptist Church of Nashville both had thoughtful gestures and donated their Vacation Bible School offering to our organization. The offering provided was enough to supply larger items needed in our CALL Mall, such as play pens, high chairs and diapers. We appreciate each and every person that helps us make a difference in foster care!

Successful Informational Meeting

Howard County recently hosted a successful informational meeting. We appreciate our host churches, Grace Point Mennonite Church and Immanuel Baptist Church. They prepared a wonderful meal and helped serve those in attendance. The meeting was held at The Carter Day Community Center. Approximately 30 people were in attendance.

We invited one of our current foster families to speak and help answer questions. We feel that they give the most helpful insight to those interested in learning more about fostering. We also discussed volunteer opportunities and gave attendees an idea of both present and future plans for our County.

We look forward to hosting another one this month. If you are interested in knowing more about how you can get involved, make plans to attend! See our event listed here on this website or check-out our County Facebook page.

Pajama/Book Drive

We would like to thank Nashville Elementary Students for collecting and donating 188 pairs of pajamas to The CALL in Howard County. Scholastic Books will be matching the donation by giving 188 books, as well. The efforts were such a success, that we plan to share with neighboring children in foster care!
