In February of 2020, we had our ribbon cutting on the Support Center. Soon after, we found ourselves in the same situation as non-profits across the globe. We didn't change our mission and adapted to continue the work. Since February, our Support Center has hosted 26 family visitation, 4 intake visits, 2 adoption celebrations, 3 training events, 3 teens to use laundry/shower, and our CALL mall has been visited 75 times! While our recruitment has gone down since the pandemic, we have seen the need for support grow. We love that our local community stepped up to the challenge and continued to love and encourage The CALL.
As a thank you, we will host a "Friendsgiving Open House" on November 16 from 10-6. In addition to light refreshments, we will offer tours of the Support Center. A member of our leadership team will be present during this time to accept any additional gifts offered for End of Year giving.
Due to social distancing, masks will be required indoors. Refreshments and fellowship will be offered out doors. Tours will be given individually or with your family.
We know that without our friends and partners, this mission could not continue to grow in South Arkansas. Thank you.
