Info Meetings are held regularly in The CALL counties

PLEASE NOTE: The Department of Children and Family Services requires all prospective foster and adoptive parents to go attend Info Meetings and PRIDE Training in their county of residence. That means you need to select and attend an Info Meeting in your county.

The CALL of Arkansas County Support – Info. Meeting @ St. John's Lutheran Church

Each month, The CALL of Arkansas County holds a joint Support/Info. Meeting for the purpose of providing support to over 25 foster/adoptive families as well as recruit new families.  Our host church provides a delicious meal for all families as well as babysitting for the training portion of the meeting.  This training provides 2 continuing education units for the foster/adoptive families in attendance.  After the meal, the new families attending to learn more about fostering and/or adoption will attend an Info. Meeting.

The CALL Informational Meetings for Prospective Foster, Adoptive and Respite Care Parents, Mentors, and Volunteers

If you are interested in finding out more about how to help children in foster care through fostering, adopting, respite care, mentoring or volunteering in some other way, please come to one of these meetings. In the Information Meeting, you will get your questions answered, hear more about The CALL, the needs of children in the foster system, and many ways that you can get involved in serving them. No obligation. Refreshments will be served.

This is a time to come and hear more about ways you can help children in foster care in Cleburne County. You can get your questions answered and begin the paperwork process, if you choose. The foster family support group will meet during this time as well.
